Oakland County has established a fund providing emergency financial assistance for Oakland County veterans, service members and eligible family members affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. To provide emergent financial relief to wartime and peacetime veterans, service members, dependents or survivors for utilities, water bills, waste removal bills, property taxes and food/personal care assistance. The emergent need must be COVID-19 related, and relief must be to meet a necessity of daily life and not for the relief of an inconvenience or the purchase of a want or desire.
